This short goes through three different scenarios as a little girl chases a star and discovers new environments. Done in After Effects and Procreate.

What if this happened when we fell asleep? A little short on dreams and quiet moments.
This motion graphics was a way of learning how to use light sources in After Effects. It was a lot of fun to learn through giving motion to this illustration and figuring out how to make the moonlight affect the trees as the moon passed through the river.

A small motion graphics made for a contest on the cutest character of the galaxy.
Trick or Treat
This was a collaborative piece for a gallery show at the Fridge Gallery. Between five artists, each of us made a piece of a Halloween narrative and then I joined them to make a simple motion graphics with a floating leaf going through the environments. I have included my piece as a standalone motion illustration as well.
Sad Little Ghost
A Halloween inspired hand drawn animation of two friends sharing candy. It’s become a Halloween tradition!
University of Calgary
I made some slightly animated icons for a video by the University of Calgary on the impact of research. The video editor wanted to show the interaction between the university and Calgary, which is why I made icons of both, while using the university’s colors.
Spring Witches
A small motion graphics that tells the story of two witches making potions in their little cottage. This narrative was inspired by making perfumes in my best friend’s garden when I was little.

A motion graphics project consisting of making three icons and joining them through transitions in After Effects.

The Right Song
A short motion graphics made in honor of Paige McMorrow’s character. This project was a way of figuring out lip syncing.
Tamagotchi Ad
A Tamagotchi advertising project done in After Effects.
AR Illustration
With this illustration I worked with the layers in augmented reality so that they can be moved around when viewing them from your phone using either a QR code or pointing at the image itself.
